Permanent Restraining Order Identification Cards

Programs that issue wallet sized cards which verify that a valid, permanent restraining order (also known as "order of protection" or "civil protection order") is in place. The cards allow someone who has been granted a restraining order in one jurisdiction to easily prove it in another jurisdiction; and contain information about the person restrained under the order (including a photo, name, birth date and other identifying information) as well as information about the people protected by the order, including children. The cards are not available based on temporary restraining orders.
