Definition
Programs that provide emergency operations to locate and, if possible, rescue individuals reported as missing and believed to be submerged and/or which recover the bodies of individuals who have drowned or submerged items that must be retrieved such as weapons used in crimes or suicides, sunken vessels, submerged vehicles, lost equipment or evidence that is necessary to properly document boating accidents.
