Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve customer complaints about the quality, content or sales of music in any of a variety of formats (CDs, MP3s, vinyl) or delivery mediums (satellite radio or music streaming services), musical instruments or other music related products. Issues may include poor sound quality, late deliveries, non-delivery of prepaid items, unauthorized credit card charges, charges for items that were returned, cancelled subscription services, failure to safeguard personal data despite guarantees, or other problems with the business practices of the merchandiser.
