Programs that pay for or provide labor and supplies to identify sources of groundwater that can supply water for homes, farms and/or businesses, and then design and build private water wells with pumping equipment (where necessary) to provide clean drinking water (and/or water that can be used for non-potable purposes such as irrigating and washing).
