Organizations that are actively seeking individuals who are willing, on a voluntary basis without remuneration, to operate a Braille typewriter or use a hand stylus to transcribe reading matter for use by people who are blind. The individual reads copy and operates a Braille typewriter or stylus to emboss specially treated paper with various combinations of dots that characterize the Braille alphabet.
