Values Clarification Assistance

Programs that offer workshops or other forms of training or support which help participants identify and examine their personal values; and understand how values shape their expectations and behavior and create personal biases which may affect their personal and professional relationships. Values clarification is often a first step in the process of helping people understand the differences in others, the importance of shared values and the consequences of value conflicts, particularly in a workplace environment.
