Programs that provide information and guidance regarding assistance announced by the IRS that postpones various individual tax filing and payment deadlines for taxpayers in localities designated as disaster areas by FEMA. Individuals living outside the disaster area with records that are necessary to meet the deadline and are located in the affected area may also be eligible for assistance.
