Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints about social media networking sites such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn or Twitter regarding any of a variety of problems including pop-up ads, sharing of personal information, hate speech, bullying and harassment, fraudulent charges on a person's account, sales of regulated goods, pornographic and sexually explicit content or poor customer service response to reported issues.
