Programs that are responsible for administering living trusts, family trusts, marital trusts, dynasty trusts, IRA rollover trusts, trusts for minors and any of a wide variety of other individual trusts that have been set up to meet a client's specific needs. Services include managing the portfolio, paying out income and principal, preparing and filing tax returns, and overseeing special concerns such as real estate, partnerships and closely held business interests while meeting the individual's goals and objectives and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
