Definition
Programs that assist in filing applications for waivers of the tested U.S. civics, English language competence and meaningful oath requirements for naturalization. These waivers are completed by physicians, psychologists or other medical personnel who are required to attest to the applicant's inability to learn, demonstrate or express their understanding, or perform a meaningful oath due to physical, developmental or mental disabilities.
