Programs that assist in filing petitions for permits which allow admission, on a temporary basis, of foreign nationals in specific occupations including nurses, physicians, persons working in specialty occupations requiring a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent, athletes, agricultural workers, trainees, entertainers, models and their immediate family members for the purpose of working in that capacity.
