Home Water Use Surveys

Programs that offer the services of individuals who go into homes on request to examine water use practices, detect toilet and water leaks and make recommendations for improved efficiency. Consultation may include recommendations regarding installation of retrofit devices such as low-flow shower heads, toilet tank displacement devices and faucet aerators; conservation tips and advice regarding lawn watering, drip-irrigation systems, improving soil retention capacity and drought-tolerant plants; and development of a custom irrigation schedule for the resident's lawn.
