Definition
Programs that provide structured opportunities for parents to work with their infants using special exercise techniques that will give the infants strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence and enhance their movement abilities. Courses are usually offered in both gym and pool settings and may target mothers and infants, fathers and infants or be open to the whole family.
