On Street Construction Materials Permits

Programs that issue permits which provide written authorization for an individual to use any part of the road right of way (from property line to property line) for storing building materials, parking light construction equipment, erecting minor construction fencing, placing dumpsters of the street for construction or demolition waste, or detouring traffic or parking equipment on public streets overnight. Encroachment permits may be issued for temporary and long term placements.
