Restricted Driver Licenses

Programs that issue permits which allow people with special needs to operate an automobile under certain predefined circumstances such as during daylight hours, to and from work or school or off the highway. People whose driving privileges may be restricted include minors under the legal driving age who have demonstrated family hardship, individuals with certain disabilities or illnesses and people who have failed in the past to drive safely.
