Definition
Federal government departments and agencies that have primary responsibility for or a support role in providing logistical/resource support including emergency relief supplies, space, office equipment, office supplies, telecommunications, contracting services, transportation services (in coordination with agencies responsible for that emergency support function), and personnel required to support immediate response activities during the immediate response phase of an incident of national significance (ESF # 7).
