Land Use Plan Development/Amendment

Programs that are responsible for drafting and implementing general plans (also known as comprehensive, master or official plans) which serve as a guide for community growth, provide a basis for policies and regulations affecting growth and establish a framework for long-term planning within a jurisdiction; and specific/area plans (also known as neighborhood, community or secondary plans) that are used by local jurisdictions to plan the future of a particular area in more detail.
