Definition
Libraries and other organizations that provide access to online streaming services which allow patrons with a library card to make a selection from a catalog of independent films, short subjects, feature films, documentaries, classic TV shows, cartoons, anime and Web series and view them on computers, tablets, smart phones and other devices. Patrons generally open an account with the streaming service and provide their library card number to use the service at no charge.
