Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups evaluate their options and choose one or more companies to provide on-site telephone equipment which generally includes a PBX (or a similar device) and the other components (e.g., automated attendant, call accounting and call management equipment, TDD/TTY equipment, voicemail hardware and/or software and Voice over IP equipment) that, together, provide the required functionality.
