A disorder that is characterized by misuse of painkilling drugs (such as codeine, OxyContin, Percocet or Vicodin) which can cause clinically significant health impairments such as nausea, dizziness, headaches, trouble breathing (respiratory depression), chest pain and abnormal heart rhythms.
