Medicare Private Fee for Service Plan Enrollment

Providers of Medicare Advantage (MA) health care plans that accept applications for enrollment in the type of plan which allows participants to see any health care provider who is eligible to receive payment from Medicare and agrees to accept payment from the Sponsors of Medicare Advantage (MA) health care plans that accept applications for enrollment in the type of plan which allows participants to see any health care provider who is eligible to receive payment from Medicare and agrees to accept payment from the PFFS Medicare Advantage Organization (MAO). PFFS Plans provide all Medicare benefits plus any additional benefits the company chooses to offer. The PFFS plan decides the level of reimbursement for Medicare-covered services. Participants must pay any cost sharing amounts required by the health care provider when obtaining health care services.
