Construction/Home Improvement Cost Estimates

Programs that provide cost estimates for construction, home repair, or home improvement projects; or other projects involving the development or renovation of real property. Cost estimates in the construction industry include the costs of labor, equipment, materials, subcontracts, overhead, taxes, insurance, markup and any other costs that may affect the project. Included are programs that provide targeted assistance for home and business owners who are low income, older adults or have disabilities; and/or for people who have experienced a loss following a disaster or other emergency.
