Definition
Programs that provide sound insulation treatment including new acoustical windows, primary and secondary doors, attic and/or wall insulation and installation and/or replacement of central air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems to reduce noise levels in noise impacted homes located in designated areas surrounding international airports. Also included are programs that make modifications to homes to reduce noise levels from other sources.
