Port Facilities Development/Maintenance

Programs that are responsible for managing the development, maintenance and repair of seaport buildings, facilities, grounds and other related structures including breakwaters, seawalls, waterway piers, jetties, wharves, docks, dockside infrastructure (such as berths and cranes), cargo and cruise terminals, warehouses, container yards, moorage facilities, fishing support facilities, ship repair yards, seaport office buildings, roadways supporting the port area, industrial and commercial properties and other structures that are part of a seaport/harbor complex.
