Sporting events in which contestants engage in a sequence of competitions involving multiple, unrelated sports or the combination of two or more sports in one event, e.g., shooting while on skis. Included are organizations that sponsor, organize, hold, promote, sell tickets to and publicize the events; provide information about competition schedules; and/or maintain information about current standings.
