Definition
Programs, usually offered by land sailing clubs, that provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy land sailing, a sport which involves wheeled land vehicles propelled by a large sail. The programs may offer instruction in land sailing and opportunities to engage in the sport and/or participate in land sailing races at a variety of levels. Most clubs are members of the North American Land Sailing Association (NALSA).
