Description
A 10 week support, education , and resource program designed to help caregivers and children navigate the unique challenges that come with being in a kinship family. This includes guardianship application assistance, targeted case management, short term therapy, and links to community resources in addition to the 10 week support and education group for caregivers and kinship children.
