Description
Proactively searches for individuals facing eviction or debt collection law suit. Provides free initial consultation and evaluation, working closely with sister agencies Utah Legal Services, Utah Community Action, Mountain Mediation, and the Utah State Bar's access to the justice office. Will assist those qualified for representation to applicable agency. Those who may not qualify, Peoples Legal Aid will consider taking the case based on current case load and attorney availability.
