Description
Centralized intake provides screening, assessment, therapy, medication management, and case management services for those with mental illness and behavioral health concerns. Services are available throughout Salt Lake in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, day treatment, step-down residential programs, and community based programs. Intake coordinators work to understand client symptoms and concerns, identify barriers to treatment, verify payment options, and refer clients to appropriate treatment.
