Description
Provides grants to help with medical expenses for children and expenses for medically related services not covered or fully covered by their health insurance plan. Children must be 16 years old or younger while meeting other grant requirements. Families may receive up to $5,000 annually per child ($10,000 lifetime maximum per child), and do not need insurance through UnitedHealthcare to be eligible.
