Participants with a history of substance abuse or mental health issues must have 6 months of treatment.
Participants must be able to read and write elementary English.
Participants must reside in Salt Lake County.

Service Description
Participants must sign Circles' documents (media release, non disclosure agreement, and background check authorization, and pass a background as part of the children's program. No other documentation is required.

Description

Provides career development plans, educational plans, and coaching for people experiencing poverty so they may secure a stable future for themselves and their families. Program commitments include attending weekly meetings, identifying a career or educational plan, and working with career coaches. Benefits from completing the program include increases in income, employment, reliable transportation, education, and home ownership.
