Application/Referral Process
Call at least 3 business days before your appointment to set up the ride. If your appointment for Medicaid-covered services changes or cancels, please call at least two hours before the time you are to be picked up.
Description
Provides the non-emergency medical transportation needs to medical providers that serve Utah Medicaid members who have no other way to get a ride, and who may need a single trip or regularly reoccurring (standing order trips) non-emergency medical transport.
