Application/Referral Process
Visit website for online application. A committee meets twice annually to review applications. Once an applicant is approved, they will be matched and provided with a timeline for training with their service dog.
Description
Once an eligible applicant is matched with a golden retriever service dog, they will be provided with a schedule and timeline for training with their service animal.
