Description
Mastering Meaningful Movement (MMM) is a class for adults with hemiplegia (paralysis on one side of the body). The community-based exercise class is designed to be an affordable class to promote strength and flexibility while encouraging normal movement patterns and ways of incorporating these patterns into daily activities. Based primarily on principles of Neurodevelopmental Treatment and Pilates, participants frequently report on the meaningful progress they have made outside of class.
