Description
To report damage from city-owned trees, those planted in parking strips, medians, parks or other city-owned property, that have fallen on houses, power lines or cars. SEPTEMBER 2020 WINDSTORM UPDATE: Salt Lake City is not liable for damages caused by acts of nature such as a windstorm. However, sidewalk damage and blocked roads can be reported by calling the appropriate number listed. Individuals that believe the City is responsible for damages and want to file a claim, please visit the website or call to request a claim form be emailed or mailed.
