Description
Offers educational services to children with disabilities ages 3-5 years old. Eligibility is based on a screening and testing process and the child must demonstrate developmental delays established by the Utah State Office of Education. Developmental delays include cognitive, communication/language skills, motor skills, adaptive (self-help) skills, social and emotional development, vision, and hearing.
