Call or walk in to senior center for application and to schedule assessment.
Description
Provides daily home delivered 'Meals on Wheels' nutritious lunch meals to homebound seniors ages 60 or older (except on weekends and holidays, when frozen meals are available in advance if needed). Special diets (diabetic, bland, strict sodium) are available based on advance request.
