To be eligible for hospice care, patient must have life-limiting illness with an estimated life expectancy of 6 months or less.
Fees
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. Individuals with financial needs should contact the Administrator to apply for charitable care. Additional resources may also be found through the Rocky Mountain Care Foundation.
