Service Description
DCFS or Law Enforcement will send over the necessary documents after they are informed of the situation.
Application/Referral Process
If there is a suspected case of child abuse, Division of Child and Family Services or a law enforcement officer must be contacted first. The DCFS caseworker or law enforcement assigned to the family will then meet with the family at the Children's Justice Center for abuse investigation and all other services.
