To qualify for the program, one must: have a serious and persistent mental illness, be literally or intermittently homeless, be willing to address mental health concerns and work to be free from substances, and be uninsured. or have Medicare or Medicaid. Once these are met, a more in-depth intake will occur.

Pre-screening appointments are held M - F at 1 pm; Tu and F at 8:30 am. Appointments are on a walk-in first come, first serve basis so arrive on time to be seen. Appointments are 30-90 minutes, depending on screenings and in turn intakes.
