Description
Children receive a variety of learning experiences to foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Head Start also offers a Home-Based program option. A home visitor goes into the child's home and helps provide the same kinds of experiences and activities provided in the center-based program. Children and families enrolled in home-based Head Start receive the full range of services including group socialization experiences, and parent involvement activities.
