Eligible families must have a dependent child in the home. Generally, if client is already receiving food stamps, Medicaid or are enrolled in the TANF program and working with a case manager you may be eligible for this assistance.

Service Description
Picture ID, SSC for everyone in the household, proof of income, food stamp's print out and proof of residence. Must complete an assessment through the Service Prioritization Assessment Tool.
