Call for information and set up appointment for home evaluation.
Description
Persons receiving home delivered meals must be homebound. This will require a short screening and home assessment. We want seniors that are home bound to be able to remain in their homes comfortably, for as long as possible. Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday. Consideration is taken with some diabetic and food allergy needs.
