Service Description
A proof of address and one ID which includes picture, signature, date of birth, and another one which includes acceptable donor identification number (SSN or other numbers).

Description
Plasma donors spend up to an hour and a half, as often as twice a week, to improve the quality of life of another person. Since plasma cannot be produced synthetically, compensation may be offered to donors.
