Eligibility
18 years old and older, live within 50 miles of the center, be dependent on opioids for at least one year. When a client arrives they must be in a state of withdrawal not having opioids for 24 hours.

Service Description
Valid photo ID, second form of ID, payment for intake fee (if paying with Medicaid, Amerigroup, or Sunflower there will be no need to pay the fee), documentation of previous treatment.
