Uses a group-education model combined with individual case management, referrals, and forms assistance to promote healthy and informed pregnancies among expectant Latinx mothers in Salt Lake and Summit counties. HCM collaborates with Catholic Community services to provide free infant layettes to parents and caregivers. may connect with a local Doula.
