Application/Referral Process
To receive supplies, visit website to complete application. To donate, call or email the name of items to donate. Once donation has been processed, a Letter of Receipt will be mailed to donor to be used for tax purposes. Visit website for direct instructions.
Description
Receives and distributes donations which can be made through funds used to acquire needed medical resources, ensure product quality, and/or assist charities with their missions and projects. Donations can be accepted by anyone but are only distributed to partner nonprofits.
