Service Description
Application available online as well as in-person at the UOVC office, victim advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors and other allied agencies.

Walk in, call, email, or visit website for online application and information. It can 30-60 days to determine eligibility.
Description

Provides financial assistance for medical/dental care, mental health counseling, loss of earnings, burial/funeral expenses, loss of support to dependents, relocation and related costs, childcare, and certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of a crime. Only assists with violent crimes. For other crimes, ask for information about non-violent crime restitution.
