Eligibility
Individuals and families who are 200% (punctuates from time to time) at or below the federal poverty level. Must have an eviction notice and be able to prove ability to pay future payments. Renter must provide 24% of rental payment, and agency will only provides up to $750 in assistance.\n\nCOVID-19 UPDATE: Must have a combined gross income at or below 100% AMI and have experienced a documented COVID-19 loss of income or financial hardship. Funds can be used for the following expenses incurred from March 1, 2020 - December 30, 2020: Rent, Utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas) Security Deposits, arrears (payments made for housing assistance over 30 days past due) is allowable for those that didn't receive an unemployment benefit for the months seeking arrearages, late fees.
