Description
Provides death certificates for deaths that occurred within Davis County from 1973 to the present. Death certificates for deaths that occurred before August 1, 2006, should be obtained from the county where the death occurred. Death certificates for deaths before 1973 may be obtained from the Utah State Office of Vital Records.
